Dr. Paul Lin

He is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Optometry.  He received the Greenwood Award as one of the top eight clinicians.  He is also a UCLA alumnus with a major in Physiology.  He is an affiliate Optometrist with TLC Laser Vision Correction.  He is a member of the Castaic Chamber of Commerce.  He is an active member of the California Optometry Association and the American Optometric Association.  He is currently the President of the Mojave Desert Optometric Society.  He has participated in numerous Medical Missions to places including Brazil, Philippines, and Mexico.  He enjoys working with kids and the elderly, but fits specialty contacts for astigmatism and progressive bifocals.  He practices between his two offices located in Palmdale and Castaic.  In his free time, he enjoys running, camping, and spending time with his family.  He is happily married with two children. 

  Dr. Phuong Quach

She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry where she enlisted as a commissioned officer of the US Air Force.  She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University with a major in Biology.  She worked expertly in the Air Force as a Captain and Optometrist at Edwards Air Force Base for three years.  Since the birth of her first child, she has now become inactive status with the military, so she works in the private civilian sector at Castaic Optometry.  She enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Dr. Lin, and two small children.
